Becky S. Herrup has been providing her expertise in the healthcare industry for over the 25 years, utilizing her nursing expertise both in the clinical and administrative arenas for both the acute and long term care industry. Over the past 20 years Mrs. Herrup has drawn from her vast knowledge in the areas of Utilization Review, Case Management, and Continuous Quality and Risk Management in providing consulting services in medical-malpractice litigation to attorneys, the insurance industry, physicians practices and the assisted and long term care setting.

Mrs. Herrup has been working in affiliation with Mr. McKinney over the past 20 years and is now the senior partner with ACM, LLC, overseeing the coordination of the consultants in our branch offices, staff training and assists in developing and proving educational programs, drafts, and evaluates policies and procedures as well as performing medical chart analysis.

Mrs. Herrup has lectured and presented programs at seminars throughout the healthcare industry and is an instructor for the American Red Cross.

Mrs. Herrup is a Registered Nurse, in Florida and North Carolina, a licensed Board Certified Health Care Risk Manager and a 'Diplomat in the American Board of Health Risk Management, Inc.

A member of the American Society for Heath Care Risk Management (ASHRM), South Florida Society of Health Care Risk Management (SFSHRM), Florida Assisted Living Association and, a Certified Trainer for Alzheimer Diseases and Related Deseases education. She has served on the Disaster Preparedness committee for the Town of Bay Harbor Islands and The Safety Committee for the City of Miami Beach, Fla.
